The Foundation of the Alexian Brothers is the body behind Alexianer GmbH – one of the five major Catholic companies for health care and social affairs in Germany.

The foundation was created in 2013 by the congregation of the Alexian Brothers. Its purpose is to promote the spiritual, cultural, and religious work of the congregation of the Alexian brothers all over the world. The Alexian Brothers have the long term vision of advocating and supporting socially marginalized people, and of keeping the Alexian spirit alive in the future.
